Bride Must Haves
A list for brides to be on their special day. Most things you can pick up from your local grocery store/ Shoppers Drug Mart.
1. Mini kleenex; Although many of you may not be criers, you will be surprised how your emotions take over ;)
2. Blotting sheets, we all get a little shiny sometimes; Its better to blot off the excess oil than applying layers of powder.
3. Touch up gloss; go for a colour that is close to your natural lip colour (If you don't want something too popping) or a clear gloss if you're a lipstick kinda gal.
4. Mini hair spray, tame those fly aways with a flexible spray. If you've had your hair done professionally the stylist will have used a firmer hold already, so you shouldn't need that.
5. Gum or mints. We all know why ;)
Make sure when choosing your hair and makeup artists that you ask key questions:
1. What kind of products do you use? (If brands like Maybelline and Cover Girl come up, pass. Those products are not long lasting or professional, and yes it does make a difference.
2. Look at photos of their work, especially ones that haven't been edited.
3. Personality, rememeber that this is YOUR day. The last thing you need is someone with a bad attitude raining on your parade :)
4. Price. I know weddings are expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. So shop around if you're on a tight budget.
Best of luck!
